Our team responds to all consultation requests within one business day. You will receive a call or email from our office to confirm your appointment, verify your insurance, and answer any questions. If you need to reach us sooner, please call (310) 464-2257 during office hours.
Yes. Valet and self-parking are available in the building at 8920 Wilshire Blvd. Street parking is also available on Wilshire Boulevard and surrounding streets. Our office is on the 6th floor, Suite 604. Please allow extra time for parking, especially during peak hours.
Yes. You can request Dr. Zandifar or Dr. Deot when completing the booking form. If you are unsure which physician is most appropriate for your concern, our team will help guide you to the right specialist based on your needs during the confirmation call.
Yes. We offer telehealth consultations for appropriate cases including follow-up visits, medication management, and initial consultations for certain conditions. Some evaluations require an in-person visit for physical examination or in-office procedures. Please indicate your preference in the booking form and we will advise on the best approach.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.
